Description
Lapel pins are great to add that special little accent to an outfit – whether to a super smart suit or dress – or even as a scarf pin or even to enhance a hat. My collection ranges from the beautiful to the completely misunderstood (they are my favourites!). Despite their small size, they are some of the hardest creatures to model as it is often exceedingly difficult to get adequate detail into the models. But my collection would be incomplete without some of our most endearing creatures.
Currently my range of lapel pins includes:
Bumblebee (Buff-Tailed Bumblebee)
Dragonfly (Brilliant Emerald Dragonfly)
Earwig (Common Earwig)
Fly (House Fly)
Frog & Lilypad (Common Frog)
Horse Chestnut Leaf
Ivy Leaf
Ladybird (7-spot Ladybird)
Moon Moth (Madagascan Moon Moth or Lunar Moth)
Scorpion (Yellow-Tailed Scorpion)
Shark (Baby Nursehound Catshark)
Shieldbug (Bronze Shieldbug)
Slug (Black Slug)
Snail (Girdled Snail)
Spider (Orb Weaver Spider)
Tree Frog (Red-Eyed Tree Frog)
Turtle (Green Sea Turtle)
Woodlouse (Pill Woodlouse)
All of these mini beasts are also available as earrings (drop or stud), pendants, mini ornaments, charms for charm bracelets – even cufflinks (to order). I like pairing them with some of my larger creatures to make a little story.
If you prefer something a little larger than lapel pins, view my full collection of Brooches. Note that many of my pendants can be made into brooches but may not be listed. If it isn’t, contact me.
