Inspiration for my Octopus Ring
This Octopus Ring modelled on the Curled Octopus which is found throughout Europe from Norway down to Greece. It is also known as the also known as the horned octopus, lesser octopus or northern octopus. Unlike other types of Octopus, such as the Blue-Ringed Octopus the Curled Octopus is not venomous.
After much practice, and a few attempts, I managed to perfect the modelling of tentacles and suckers. The tentacle detail follows through on to the band.
